Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group between 18 to 60 years irrespective of gender religion and socio-economic status. Subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. Both obese and non-obese subjects will be included. Subjects fit to undergo Virechana.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus IDDM and Hypertension Subjects with any other known systemic disorders that may interfere with the study like Chronic Kidney Disease history of cardiovascular event Stroke. Pregnant and lactating women.

Patients will be assessed on 0th day (Pre test), 13th - 21st day (Post test after Samsarjana Krama) and 43rd - 51st day (Follow up)	—
