Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with a pain score of 4 or more Participants confirmed with disc herniation (L4 L5, L5 S1) via MRI (Pfirrmann grade II to IV) with radiculopathy Participants who have not been in any rehabilitation program within the previous six months and are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with acute pain, sequestrated disc herniation, progressive neurologic deficits or cauda equina syndrome, spinal deformities (e.g., spondylolisthesis, scoliosis), or ankylosing spondylitis. Pregnant women and individuals who have undergone surgery
