Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with neurological disorders aged between 30 to 70 years. Patients willing to participate and able to provide informed consent. Patients with neurological disorders who can read write or understand Odia Hindi or English. Patients able to take an oral diet. Patients with Glasgow Coma Scale score of 15.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with neurological disorders who have severe cognitive impairment.
