Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male cricket bowlers aged 18-30 years. Minimum 2 years of competitive cricket experience. Currently active in cricket training and competition. No history of triceps muscle injury in the past 6 months. Cleared for participation by medical screening.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cardiovascular disease or hypertension. Recent upper limb injury or pain. (past 6 months) Previous surgery to the upper extremity. Use of performance-enhancing substances.
