Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Missing tooth in mandibular posterior region of jaw Age ,20-60 yrs Patient with good oral hygiene Adequate bone volume D2/D3 Opposed natural dentition / FPD Systemically healthy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Poor oral hygiene Bone diseases like osteomalacia ,pagets disease and osteoporosis(females) Parafunctional habits such as bruxism and masticatory muscle hypertrophy Bone volume -D4 Pregnant women H/O systemic disease like Uncontrolled Diabetes ,Heart Disease, Cancer etc. Recent episodes of radio or chemotherapy Patient on bisphosphonate therapy Periodontally compromised dentition Smoking ,alcohol and drug dependency Patient on anticoagulant therapy
