Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married and Unmarried females with missed period and negative UPT. Females between age group of 18 to 35 yrs. Period of amenorrhea more than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having H/O injectable contraceptives in recent time. Patients having major illness causing weight loss. Patients having uterine anomalies. Patients having pregnancy Patients with Primary amenorrhea. Patients with Surgical amenorrhea. Patients with severe anaemia. Patient with known case of hypertension, DM, Thyroid disease

To compare the time taken for menstruation induction and the characteristics of the induced menstrual bleeding (intensity and duration) between the Japa Jyotishmatadi Yoga and Deviry treatment groupsTimepoint: Follow up on 8th and 15th final assessment
