Health Condition 1: I832- Varicose veins of lower extremities with both ulcer and inflammation

Intervention1: GRADUATED COMPRESSION STOCKINGS: Patients will wear graduated compression stockings in pre opereative area 45minutes before administration of spinal anaesthesia during elective varicos

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Scheduled for elective varicose vein surgery 2.Planned for spinal anesthesia 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I to III 4.Ability to provide written informed consent 5.No contraindications to application of graduated compression stockings(no Known allergy to stocking material)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal 2.Inability to provide informed consent 3.Hemodynamic instability requiring vasopressor support in the pre-operative period 4.History of clinically significant arrhythmia requiring treatment

Note the effect of graduated stockings on spinal induced hypotension less than 20 percent of base line BPTimepoint: 1minute for first 10 minutes then 5 minutes for next 20 minutes then 10 minutes for next 2hours then 4 hours inpost operative care unit
