To study three varieties of Dadima (Swadu Amla Swadvamla) sour) based on Rasa Parikshana in healthy individualsTimepoint: Assessment of Rasa Parikshana in healthy individuals will be done on each day ( day 1 day 2 day 3)

1)To study the Dadima in detail through Ayurvedic literature. 2)To analyse three types of Dadima based on their Rasa dominance by laboratory tests. 3) to compare Grahi Karma of three varieties of Dadima in wistar albino ratsTimepoint: Laboratory tests of three varieties of Dadima will be done at one time point. Assessment of animal experiment will be done on baseline day 0 day 1 day 2 day3.
