Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with avabahuka having one or more following Symptoms Bahupraspanditahar (Limited ROM of Shoulder Joint) Ansashool (Pain in Shoulder Joint) Ansastambha (Stiffness in Shoulder Joint) Sparashasahishnuta (Tenderness in Shoulder Joint) etc. Patient fit for Nasya Karma according to CharanSiddhisthan 2/22 Patient with Controlled DM.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating mothers. Patient suffering from major trauma history of dislocation, Rotator cuff injury or fracture,Deltoid paralysis. Patient suffering from any major systemic disorders like,Hypertension, Ischemic Heart disease, Gout, rheumatoid arthritis,pulmonary disorder etc K/C/O HIV, HBsAg, tuberculosis of bone. Patient with Malignancy and Immuno-compromised disorders. Patients with Nasal disorders like Deviated Nasal Septum, Nasal Polyps, Nasal Fracture, enlarged turbinates, post nasal drip, recurrent sinusitis,allergic rhinitis, CSF leak
