Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Patient wiling for the research trail. b) Patient diagnosed with sciatica disease (classical sign and symptoms of Gridhrasi like ruk,toda,stambha,spandana) c) Patients between age group of 20-60 years are included in research without any bar of caste, sex and religion after consent form patient .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Patient whose age is less than 20 years and more than 60 years. b) Patients are not willing for trial and support. c) Patients having severe disease like AIDS, Cancer, T.B, Severe Heart disease, Jaundice, Renal failure, anxiety disorder. d) Pregnancy e) Patients affected with IVDP (Inter vertebral disc prolapse), spinal injuries, Infection of spine, Congenital deformities etc f) Patients unfit for Yogasanas
