Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 20 30 years Diagnosed with mechanical low back pain Duration of pain more than 4 weeks and less than 12 weeks Willing to participate and give informed consent Ability to perform exercises safely

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of spinal or pelvic surgery Fracture Tumor Infection Traumatic low back pain Disc herniation Radiculopathy
