Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic periodontitis presenting with periodontal pockets greater than or equal to 4mm Systemically healthy patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of periodontal therapy or antibiotic use within the preceding 6 months Patients with systemic illness, tobacco or alcohol use, immunocompromised conditions Pregnant and lactating women
