Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients presenting with the clinical signs and symptoms of Snayugata vata of kurpara sandhi; stambha, kampa, shoola, aakshepa. (Atleast 2 fulfilling the clinical features out of 4). 2.Subjects fulfilling diagnostic criteria who are willing to give their written informed consent and follow up the protocol of study will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1,Patients who are contraindicated for the Agnikarma. 2.Patients suffering from systemic diseases like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, Tuberculosis, HIV, Hepatitis. 3.Patient with trauma, fracture.

1.To design a Modified Agnikarma pen with temperature monitoring. 2.To compare the clinical effect of the Modified Agnikarma pen with the traditional Agnikarma Shalaka in snayugatavata of kurpara sandhi. Timepoint: follow up will be done on baseline day,1th, 8th, & 15th day
