Intervention1: TIMOLOL and BRINZOLAMIDE COMBINATION .: EFFICACY WILL BE COMPARED BETWEEN 1ST(timolol 0.5% and Brinzolamide 0.2% dual therapy ) eye drops Twice daily for 12 weeks. Control Intervention1

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients above 40 yrs of age having all any of the features of open angle glaucoma with open angle on gonioscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients other than open angle glaucoma optic neuropathies from other causes using topical or systemic corticosteroids ho hypersensitivity to any component under study patient below 40 yrs of age kco any cvs, respiratory or cns illness. pregnant or nursing women.
