Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i.Patient s whose Parents/ Guardians are willing to give written informed consent. ii.Patient presenting with classical Sign and symptoms of Ahiputana iii. Patients belonging to the age group 6-24 month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i.Patients age less than 6 months and more than 2 years. ii.Patient on any other long-term medications. iii.H/o of any allergic reaction to medication iv.Patients with other skin disease like contact Angioedema, psoriasis & eczema. v. Patient suffering from any other major systemic or metabolic disorder.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in severity of diaper rash (Ahiputana) assessed using a standardized clinical scoring system.Timepoint: 1 month

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in individual symptoms such as redness, edema, erosions, itching, and oozing. Overall percentage relief in diaper rash severity score. Assessment of safety by observing any adverse drug reactions. Comparative efficacy of intervention versus control group.Timepoint: 1 month
