Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing vaginal hysterectomy under spinal anesthesia ASA physical status I-II Age 50-60 years Patients willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications to spinal anesthesia Pre-existing cardiovascular disease like uncontrolled hypertension, coronary artery disease. Renal impairment Known allergy to vasopressin

Changes in hemodynamic parameters HR, SBP, DBP, MAPTimepoint: at baseline, at 5 minutes intervals post- infiltration
