Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with rotator cuff Tendinopathy by ultra sound guidance. 2. Symptoms have to be continuous for more than 3 months and failed conservative treatment of at least 4 weeks of formal medical and physical therapy. 3. Age more than 18 to 60 years with chronic shoulder pain. 4. Pain and restriction of movements in one shoulder.. 5. Patients with shoulder pain NRS more then 4. 6. Currently on NSAIDS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior surgery to shoulder. 2. Full thickness rotator cuff tear. 3. Patients with coagulopathy or on anticoagulants. 4. Infection at the site of injection. 5. Malignancy as a cause of shoulder pain. 6. Fracture around the clavicle. 7. Use of steroid injections
