Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational badminton players. Players with positive EIB diagnosis (more than equal to 10 percent fall in FEV1 post-exercise). Non-smokers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current use of bronchodilators or corticosteroids. Any Cardiovascular conditions contraindicating exercise. Musculoskeletal conditions that may contraindicate exercise. Any other pulmonary condition.

Respiratory muscle strength: Maximal Inspiratory Pressure (MIP), Maximal Expiratory Pressure (MEP). Vo2 max : through queen s college step test.
