Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Typical adults between the ages of 18-75 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Vitals Systolic BP more than 150mmHg Diastolic BP more than 100mmHg Respiratory Rate less than 12breath per min or more than 20breaths per min Pulse Rate less than 60 beats per min or more than 100beats per min 2.Individuals having any neurological or musculoskeletal conditions that could affect Supine to Sit and Sit to Supine performance. 3.History of cardio/respiratory conditions that could affect Supine to Sit and Sit to Supine performance.
