Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient of age group 18-60 years. 2. Traumatic ulcers of duration more than 2 weeks. 3. Diabetic ulcer more than 2 weeks. 4. Venous ulcer more than 2 weeks. 5. Wound size not more than 10cm x 10cm x 1cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Arterial ulcer. 2. Lepromatous ulcer. 3. Tuberculous ulcer. 4. Malignant ulcer. 5. Trophic ulcer resulting from nerve disease. 6. Patients of HIV infection. 7. Hepatitis B+ve (HbsAg).

To evaluate the ropaniya karma of kampillaka taila on non healing ulcer.Timepoint: 0th, 7th, 15th, 30th day.

MeasureTime frame
1. Standardisation and Authentication of kampillaka taila. 2. To study the detailed literature of non healing ulcer from ayurvedic texts.Timepoint: 0th, 7th, 15th, 30th day.
