Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria of cases: 1. Histopathologically diagnosed cases of OSCC. 2. OSCC patients (both males and females) who are 18 years and above. 3. Patients who are willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria of cases: 1. HIV positive patients. 2. Tumors which are not OSCC. 3. Patients with seriously ill conditions or clinically unstable patients.

This study aims to investigate the role of PRC2 proteins and the ARID1A gene in the tumorigenesis and epigenetic alterations of OSCC, with the goal of improving early diagnosis, enabling personalized therapeutic strategies, enhancing survival outcomes, and advancing precision medicine approaches to reduce the burden of oral cancer.Timepoint: 3 years
