Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Belonging to standards 9th to 12th, to focus on a demographic that can reflect and articulate their experiences more finely. 2. First in their family to pursue secondary education. 3. Currently enrolled in formal schooling in either a government, government-aided or low- income private school 4. Belong to a Socio-Economically Disadvantaged Group in the urban context 5. Fluent in the English language 6. Having access to a mobile device and the internet

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with any psychiatric history or who are undergoing any form of structured psychotherapy. 2. Individuals whose grandparents and parents (either or both) have completed secondary education, vocational education or informal education. 3. Individuals in high-income academic settings, as per the mandated RTE Act, 2009.
