Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women diagnosed with gestational diabetic mellitus under medical nutrition therapy Women age between 20-35 years Gestational age between 24-31 weeks BMI between 18 and 39 kg per meter square Singleton pregnancy and absence of fetal malformation upon ultrasound

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of diabetes Previous history of abortion Pregnant women with GDM under oral diabetic drug or insulin twins or triplets Moderate Anemia and severe anemia Breech presentatgion in Third trimester Abnormal placental function pre eclampsia antepartum hemorrhage containdication for exercise during pregnancy
