Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria Age between 18 45 years Both male and female participants Diagnosed with Cervicogenic Headache according to (CHISG) Cervicogenic Headache International Study Group and a positive flexion rotation test Headache that is aggravated or triggered by neck movements or sustained postures Headache duration of at least 1 month chronic or recurrent An average pain intensity of 3 or higher and 8 or lesser on Numeric Pain Rating Scale NPRS Tenderness in one or more cervical muscles especially upper trapezius, splenius capitis, suboccipital muscles Participants who can read and understand English
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria History of migraine tension-type headache cluster headache or other primary headaches Cervical spine fractures tumors or systemic inflammatory disorders Recent cervical surgery or trauma within the past 6 months Skin allergy or hypersensitivity to adhesive tapes Use of other concurrent physiotherapy modalities or medications for headache during the study period
