Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case: Subject age between 18 to 80 years with documented ventricular extrasystoles and a structurally normal heart with LV EF more than 55% Control group: Subjects aged between 18 to 80 years with normal ECG and a structurally normal heart with LV EF more than 55%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with a history of atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, and conduction abnormalities. Subjects with uncontrolled hypertension or with grade 2 to 3 hypertension. Subjects with diabetes using insulin. Subjects with a poor echocardiographic window.

LVEF, RV function (TAPSE, RV S ), diastolic parameters (E/A, E/e ), correlation of PVC burden with myocardial strain, and assessment of PVC site of origin (right ventricular vs left ventricular origin.Timepoint: During the same echocardiographic examination, including analysis of pre-extrasystolic , post-extrasystolic, and at extrasystolic beats
