Intervention1: GLOBAL POSTURE RE-EDUCATION: Participants will receive Global Postural Re-education exercises focusing on stretching of global muscle chains, postural correction, and breathing control

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 to 26 years Both male and female university students Sedentary lifestyle Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent lower limb injury within last 3 months Any neurological condition affecting balance Participants currently undergoing physiotherapy treatment Any musculoskeletal disorder affecting posture
