Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with age group 5 to 12 years after screening and with parental assent. 2.Children with clinical manifestation of gadgad vaka that is unintelligible speech. 3.Selection of patients will be irrespective of sex religion socioeconomic status. 4.Patients with diagnosed delayed development of speech as sequel of neurological disorder which is cured.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below age 5 and above 12 year of age and unavailability of parental assent. 2.Children suffering from other neurological causes of speech impairment systemic disorder or any other anatomical deformity. 3.Patient suffering from conditions where the surgical intervention is required like cleft palate cleft lip. 4.Patients suffering from any other systemic diseases which interfere with undergoing long term treatment. 5.Deaf children. 6.Children with severe infection and brain trauma. 7.Patients suffering from stomatitis. 8.Children not speaking small sentences. 9.Children suffering from autism spectrum disorder.
