Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Participants having signs and symptoms of Aamvat (Rheumatoid Arthritis) as described in classical text and modern literature 2 The diagnostic criteria of rheumatoid arthritis laid down by the 2010 ACR or EULAR classification. A total score of greater than or equal to 6 out of 10 will be taen as definite RA 3 Healthy individuals will be selected on the basis of clinical examination along with laboratory investigation like CBC & ESR 4 Patients willing to give written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with other autoimmune disorder SLE ankylosing spondylitis acute or chronic infections liver disorder malignancy 2 Pregnant lactating and menopausal women 3 Those on iron supplementation
