Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male and Female participants between 20 to 60 years of age. 2.Patients diagnosed with acute low back pain having symptoms for (less than 6 weeks )and chronic low back pain having symptoms for ( more than 12 weeks ). 3.Patients having low back pain associated with unilateral or bilateral sciatica . 4.Patients showing positive straight leg raise test between 30 degrees to 70 degrees. 5.Patients with symptoms such as pain,tingling,numbness,stiffness and neural tightness. 6.Patients willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having history of lumbar spine surgery within the previous 6 to 12 months. 2.Patients having spinal fractures, infections,severe traumatic spinal conditions. 3.Patients with severe spondylolisthesis,spinal instability. 4.Pregnant women were excluded from the study. 5.Patients with severe osteoporosis,rheumatoid arthritis,or other systemic diseases. 6.Patients having psychological disorders affecting participation.
