Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with uniateral or bilateral primary inguinal Hernia surgery 2. Patient fit for general Anaesthesia. 3. Willing to written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergy to Indocyanine Green or Iodine. 2. Severe Hepatic or renal Dysfunction. 3. Reccurrent hernia with extensive Scarring 4. Patient undergoing emergency surgery e.g., obstructed or strangulated hernia. 5. Pregnant or lactating women. 6. Not Giving consent
