Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary molars Spontaneous pain or continuous pain Irreversible pulpitis or necrosed pulp Teeth with restorable crowns Primary molars with two thrid root length remaining

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Grossly decayed teeth with non-restorable crown Excessively mobile teeth with inadequate bone support Medically or immunocompromised children More than 1/3rd of physiologic root resorption Tooth with internal resorption Periapical radiolucency involving the permanent tooth germ
