Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I and II fit patients. 2. Elective surgery under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation. 3. Hemodynamically stable patients with all routine investigations within normal limits. 4. Availability of written informed consent from concerned patient. 5. Patients willing to be part of the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal. 2. NBM status less than 6 hours. 3. Hemodynamically unstable patients. 4. Known unstable cervical spine injury. 5. Presentation for an emergency surgical procedure.
