Inclusion criteria: All postpartum females who have symptom of stanyakshay (0- 6 months) without any major medical history irrespective of normal labour and C- section

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who are not ready to give written consent. 2. Uncontrolled systemic disorders
