Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Alpalpa mutrapravrith (oliguria) Sarvadehik shopha (edema) Daurbalya (Fatigue) Raised Serum - blood urea i.e. above 50 mg/dl Raised serum creatinine i.e. above 1.5 mg/dl 6.0 mg/dl Ultra- sonography finding related to CKD Diagnosed case of chronic renal failure. Diabetes Mellitus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Extremely weak & old patient Infants & small children who are below age 15 years. Pregnant women Dialysis patient Malignant hypertension. Anuria Any other associated disease

SUBJECTIVE PARAMETERS 1) Kshudha mandya(loss of appetite) 2) Kshardi (vomiting) 3) Shopha (Sarvadehik)(odema) 4) Daurbalya(Generalised weakness)Timepoint: Before intervention of gokshuradi guggulu and Trinpanchmool kwatha in CKD;OBJECTIVE PARAMETERS: LABORATORY FINDINGS 1) Microalbuminuria test 2) Microproteinuria test 3) Urine creatnine test 4) Hb% & ESR 5) Sr. Blood urea & serum creatinine 6) USG Abdomen 7) E GFR (If required)Timepoint: After intervention of gokshuradi guggulu & Trinpanchmool kwatha in CKD patient will be assessed on the basis of the decrease in symptoms & Objectives parameters in the 15-15 days of intervals
