Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 4 to 8 years requiring pulpectomy in primary multirooted molars. Teeth with irreversible pulpitis having adequate coronal structure to support rubber dam isolation and having at least two-thirds of root length. Patients who have not received antibiotics within the last 4 weeks prior to microbiological sampling.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Teeth with unrestorable crowns. Teeth with abnormal anatomy or calcified canals. Teeth with extensive internal or external root resorption or excessive mobility. Teeth requiring pulp therapy due to periodontal reasons. Patients with any systemic disease. Patients who have received antibiotics within the last 4 weeks.
