Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Histopathologically confirmed cases of primary ovarian carcinoma. 2.The availability of adequate formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue blocks. 3.Complete clinicopathological data (age, clinical history, tumor grade/stage) 4.Prospective and retrospective cases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Metastatic or secondary tumors involving the ovary. 2.Recurrent ovarian tumors or cases treated with prior chemotherapy or radiotherapy. 3.Poorly preserved or inadequate tissue samples for immunohistochemistry. 4.All those cases that have undergone incisional biopsy, excisional biopsy, trucut biopsy, mastectomy.
