Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 60 years Systemically healthy individuals Patients diagnosed with plaque-induced gingivitis Presence of minimum 20 natural teeth Patients willing to participate and provide informed consent Patients with mild to moderate gingival inflammation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with periodontitis or attachment loss History of periodontal therapy within previous 6 months Antibiotic or anti-inflammatory therapy within previous 3 months Tobacco smokers or smokeless tobacco users Pregnant or lactating women Patients undergoing orthodontic treatment Individuals with systemic diseases affecting periodontal health Known allergy to herbal toothpaste ingredient
