Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At least 1 year of continuous employment in formal sectors. Self-reported sleep difficulties or work-related stress. Willingness to participate in a 12-week yoga program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent regular yoga/meditation practice within last 6 months. Pregnant women. Serious psychiatric disorders. Severe medical conditions interfering with participation. Recent surgery. Serious physiological conditions such as organ malfunction.
