Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Underwent single or multi-level MIS TLIF between 2022 and 2025. 2. Minimum of 1-year documented follow-up in the HMIS, including both clinical notes and radiological imaging

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous lumbar fusion surgery at the index level (revision cases). 2. Surgery indicated for trauma, active infection (e.g., discitis), or malignancy. 3. Incomplete HMIS records missing critical baseline demographics (e.g., BMI, symptom duration) or primary outcome measures. 4. Patients who underwent surgery for cauda equina syndrome.
