Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Field hockey players with at least one year of playing experience who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with recent lower limb injury in past 3 months history of surgery neurological disorder or skin allergy to kinesiology taping
