Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Postnatal women may exhibit classical symptoms of MakkalaShoola during the initial five days following delivery All postnatal cases of primigravida and multigravida who have undergone full term normal delivery within five day Women with no history of past or current infections during or after delivery Participants who willingly agreed and provided written informed consent were included in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with LSCS or assisted delivery (vacuum or forceps) were excluded Sutika with fever HTN or DM or PPH or prolonged labor Postnatal women with ovarian or uterine disorders Cases with retained placenta or manual removal or uterine prolapse Women with any underlying systemic disease Women who experienced any infections during pregnancy Women who faced complications at the time of delivery Women diagnosed with fibroids during pregnancy Cases of twin gestation or excessive amniotic fluid or severe anemia (Hb less than 7 gram per dL) Cases with retained placenta uterine or inversion or birth canal infection Unwilling to provide written informed consent
