Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study included pregnant women 18 to 40 yrs age at term scheduled for elective C-section.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency C section. hypertensive disorder of pregnancy Pregnancy-related complications as gestational diabetes, Pre-existing diseases as insulin-dependent diabetes, Hb less than 7, hemoglobinopathies, Respiratory, cardiovascular or renal diseases, hypo/hyperthyroidism. multiple gestation on Active Labour Obese.
