Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess and compare the percentage of radiographic defect fill in the test and control groups at 6 months post-operatively, to evaluate and compare the gain in Clinical Attachment Level (CAL) at 6 months post-operativelyTimepoint: 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the reduction in Probing Depth (PD) at 1, 3, & 6months, to monitor & record Plaque Index (PI) & Gingival Index (GI) to ensure maintained oral hygiene throughout the study, to compare intergroup soft tissue changes & quantify bone density changes using CBCT.Timepoint: 1, 3 & 6months
