Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinsons Disease (Hoehn and Yahr stages 2 4) Age between 50-70 years Participants with an Functional reach test score of 6 /15cm to 10 /25cm (Risk of falling is 2x greater than normal) Experiencing difficulties in gait and postural stability Medically stable and able to participate in physical therapy Capable of understanding instructions and providing informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive impairments (Mini-Mental State Examination score lesser than 24) Severe comorbidities that could interfere with rehabilitation (example cardiovascular or orthopedic conditions) Visual or auditory impairments preventing participation in VR or multisensory tasks History of seizures or motion sickness triggered by VR Participation in other rehabilitation programs during the study period
