Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 24-34 years 2. Gender: Both male and female 3. Individuals with non-specific low back pain (more than 4 weeks) 4. Willing to participants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals having low back pain with radiculopathy 2. Recent trauma and surgery (past 6 months) 3. Cardiorespiratory disease, other systemic illness, Inflammatory conditions 4. Individuals having congenital spinal deviations
