Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male: Severe OATS (1-5 millions/mL) Crytozoospermia or Virtual azoospermia Azoospermia requiring PESA/TESA Female: Greater than or equal to 8 mature oocytes on the day of oocyte pick up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female: Severe female infertility such as poor ovarian reserve, severe endometriosis, adenomyosis and uterine abnormalities. AMH less than 1.2ng/mL Chromosomal abnormalities Less than 8 oocytes on the day of oocyte pick up Donor cycles
