Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with bilaterally impacted mandibular third molars with similar class, position and angulation. 1. Patients between 18 -50 years of age of both genders 2.Patients who fall within the ASA 1 (American Society of Anaesthesiology) classification 3. Patient without any other systemic diseases or comorbidities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with poor oral hygiene. 1. Pregnant or lactating women. 2. Patients who declined participation. 3. Presence of systemic illness.
