Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 20-40 years 2. Presenting with neck pain 3. Residing in the semi-urban area 4. Medical records available

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Trauma-related neck pain 2. History of cervical spine surgery 3. Neurological deficits 4. Pregnancy
