Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients having Hb below normal range i.e. in Female : 8-11.9 g/dl , in Male : 8-12.9 h/dl with classical sign and symptoms of Pandu according to Ayurveda like panduta (pallor), Shrama (fatigue), Bhrama (vertigo), Pindikodveshtan (calf muscle pain), Daurbalya (general weakness), Arohanajanya-Ayasa ( exertional dyspnea), etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Effective management of Pandu Roga by relieving the symptoms like panduta (pallor), Shrama (fatigue), Bhrama (vertigo), Pindikodveshtan (calf muscle pain), Daurbalya (general weakness), Arohanajanya-Ayasa ( exertional dyspnea), etc.
