Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient age should be between 18-60 years with no medical history and single rooted teeth with single root canal, exhibiting a fully formed apex and periapical radiolucency.

Exclusion criteria

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
to compare and evaluate the reduction in post operative pain with different bioselaers when paired with different obturation techniquesTimepoint: pain operative pain scores will be assessed using Wong bakers pain scale at an interval of 24,48,72hrs and 1 week, which will be compared with the pre-operative scores

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
to compare & evaluate the peri apical healing using different biosealers with single cone & lateral compaction obturation technique & their inter group comparisonTimepoint: the patients digital intraoral radiograph will be subjected to fravtal analysis (ImageJ,software) at an interval of 3 & 6 months after obturation
